Indian cyclists finish on top with 7 gold
India topped the medal tally with seven gold, nine silver and five bronze medals in the Track Asia Cup here on Thursday. Indian cycling team finished their campaign by winning four medals on Thursday, including two silver and two bronze. China finished second with four gold and two silver while Indonesia secured third place with four gold, one silver and two bronze medals. Jeou Tan of Malaysia beat India’s Dhruv Kapila and UK Mithula 21-18, 21-10 in mixed doubles. Lakshya Sen lost to Jun Hao Leong, 13-21,15-21 in men’s singles, while Ashmita Chaliha lost 12-21, 12-21 to Goh Jin Wei in women’s singles.
