INFUSE TALENT INTO LOWER JUDICIARY

Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad deserves compliments for proposing a uniform national-level entrance test for ‘talent infusion’ into the lower judiciary. Neither the Centre nor the state governments should have a role to play in these vacancies. The governments should only provide financial concurrence and support.
