A MOMENT OF VICTORY

By eventually relenting on their previous stance of prohibiting women in the Sabarimala Temple, the Travancore Devaswom Board has set a progressive precedent with regard to equal rights for women across all segments of the society. It is a historic move as women between the ages of 10 and 50 years can now freely pay obeisance before the Lord Ayyappa in Sabarimala. Hence proved, god knows no gender.
