Shakti’s love for In­done­sian fans

Ac­tor Shakti Arora has made thou­sands of fans in In­done­sia, thanks to the pop­u­lar­ity of his show Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, and his live per­for­mances there. The ac­tor who has been in the coun­try for four months, shoot­ing for a web se­ries and a real­ity show, is now all set to re­turn to In­dia, and as the day of his de­par­ture draws closer, he is get­ting nos­tal­gic about the place.

“The ex­pe­ri­ence has been amaz­ing, the peo­ple are very warm, lov­ing and car­ing. So that has be­come an ad­dic­tion. I can’t get over that, don’t feel like leav­ing be­cause you get so much love,” says Shakti.

He con­fesses that it is now time to di­vert him­self to the In­dian tele­vi­sion in­dus­try. He is con­tract-bound till Oc­to­ber, af­ter which he plans get­ting

back to work­ing in In­dian shows again.

How­ever, the love from fans he has got here will al­ways stay close to his heart. He says, “Fans are very im­por­tant in an ac­tor’s life. If you have done a good job, they ap­pre­ci­ate you. You get their love, more love, more fans.”
