All about real Chinese food

Hindustan Times (Lucknow) - Live - - My City -

Foodies’ in the city can now relish Chinese Food by expert chef John Qiaq during the ongoing food festival at Fairfield by Marriott. The chef who hails from Shanghai and has an experience of 26 years in the industry says that the food prepared in India in name of Chinese is nowhere close to the authentic cuisine. “Our food is all about refinement and clear servings. Here Chinese food is a cocktail of lot of Indian dishes. We don’t have anything like Hakka Noodles in China. We have designed the menu in such a way that patrons get the real taste of China,” tells Qiao. Available in buffet dinner, it’s priced at Rs 799 plus taxes and will conclude on October 15.
