Actor Sooraj Pancholi is planning to donate 4,000 T-shirts to an NGO dedicated to the welfare of underprivileged girls on October 11, which is International Girl Child Day. According to a source, the actor always does his bit for animal welfare and this time he has decided to do something for the welfare of the girl child as well.

A source says, “Sooraj’s sister, Sana, told him about the NGO’s plans for the day, and Sooraj almost immediately decided to be part of the event. He came up with the idea of giving away tshirts, and after much research, he realised that close to 4,000 T-shirts were needed and he immediately started working on it. He plans to continue working with the NGO and will also come up with new ideas with his sister. For now, he will meet the girls on October 11 and visit the NGO. I’m glad that I got to know about the initiative.”
