CAKE MIXING CEREMONY
Hyatt Residency organized a cake-mixing ceremony at its hotel on Sunday. The cake mixing ceremony was done in presence of some prominent Lucknowites and hotel staff. They mixed various dry fruits in different types of liquors. Ingredients like cashew nuts, walnut, raisin, almonds, blue berry and orange peel were mixed with the alcohol based drinks. Various kinds of spices are also mixed in the material to give it better taste. These will now we kept for a month for fermentation and later Christmas cakes will be made, informed hotel’s head chef Manvinder. Hotel’s general manager Kumar Shobhan was also present on the occasion.
