TIME FOR SOME DIMSUM
Chinese food lovers are in for a treat as Renaissance Lucknow has come up with a Dimsum Festival at its L14 restaurant. During the festival that ends on February 18, we are serving authentic vegetarian and non-veg dim sums served with a platter of exotic sauces, tells hotel’s assistant manger marketing Adhish Kacker. “We are serving Chicken Shandong Kothe, Canton Prawn Suimai, Steamed Chicken Suimai, Prawn Hargau, Tan Hui Sui Mai, Asparagus Broccoli Dumpling, Truffle Drop Mushroom Dumpling and much more. The dishes will be accompanied with ginger spring onion, chili coriander, pickle ginger, kinkoman soya sauce and sesame flavor chili oil,” tells hotel’s executive chef Balvinder Pal Singh Lubna.
