Chi­nese food lovers are in for a treat as Re­nais­sance Luc­know has come up with a Dim­sum Fes­ti­val at its L14 restau­rant. Dur­ing the fes­ti­val that ends on Fe­bru­ary 18, we are serv­ing au­then­tic veg­e­tar­ian and non-veg dim sums served with a plat­ter of ex­otic sauces, tells ho­tel’s as­sis­tant manger mar­ket­ing Ad­hish Kacker. “We are serv­ing Chicken Shan­dong Kothe, Can­ton Prawn Suimai, Steamed Chicken Suimai, Prawn Har­gau, Tan Hui Sui Mai, As­para­gus Broc­coli Dumpling, Truf­fle Drop Mush­room Dumpling and much more. The dishes will be ac­com­pa­nied with gin­ger spring onion, chili co­rian­der, pickle gin­ger, kinko­man soya sauce and sesame fla­vor chili oil,” tells ho­tel’s ex­ec­u­tive chef Balvin­der Pal Singh Lubna.
