India have chance to seal series but Uppal Stadium hasn’t been good for them

POOR RECORD

India have lost three of the four games they have played at the Uppal. Their only win came against England in 2011. They’ve lost to South Africa once and to Australia twice.

BAT FIRST

The last three games played here have been won by sides batting first. Australia, on two occasions, and India on one occasion won after batting first. Only SA won batting second way back in 2005.

STATUS QUO

Sri Lanka should have made some changes but they may go ahead with more or less the same team in the 3rd ODI. They are bringing in four changes but only for the 4th and 5th ODIs.

SPIN TRICK

Kohli’s decision to play 3 spinners in Motera surprised many. He may go ahead with it once again but will Jadeja sit out and Amit Mishra brought in? Or will seamer Dhawal Kulkarni play?
