KANPUR: A pigeon intruded into the venue of the international conference on agriculture being attended by President Ram Nath Kovind at CSA University, giving a tough time to security personnel on Wednesday. Despite repeated attempts, the pigeon could not be evicted from the auditorium throughout the programme. Minutes before the event, the bird was sighted just above the dais where the President was about to sit. Many men rushed to get the pigeon off the auditorium but it flew away each time. Those attending the event said it even sat on the inaugural lamp when the President was about to light it. The pigeon remained inside the auditorium flying from one place to other and was watched closely by policemen.
