KGMU doctor injects herself, on life support
LUCKNOW : A female resident doctor working in the department of gynaecology at King George’s Medical University (KGMU) was on Saturday night admitted to the ventilator unit of the trauma centre. “She had injected herself with a medicine given to relax muscles. Her condition is serious and is on life support system,” said Dr Santosh Kumar, KGMU spokesperson. Some of the resident doctors said work pressure could be the reason but by Dr Santosh denied it.
