T’GANA: DOC TURNS TRACTOR DRIVER

HYDERABAD: A doctor in Telangana turned into a tractor driver to carry the body of a victim to the cremation ground to perform the last rites. This was the first death in Peddapalli district, which created a panic among medical staff. As there was no ambulance available, a medical surveillance officer, Dr Pendyala Sriram, stepped up to drive a tractor. A video of the incident went viral on social media on Monday. Sriram said the tractor driver refused to ferry the body.
