AMMAR RIZVI CONDOLES EX-BBC CHIEF

LUCKNOW: Former minister Ammar Rizvi has expressed grief over the demise of former BBC (London) Hindi Section chief Kailash Budhwar. Budhwar belonged to Kanpur, Rizvi said, adding that he had the privilege of being interviewed by Budhwar many times in Bush House, London. Budhwar was very popular in Bush House. He was a fearless journalist. With his passing away, Hindi Journalism has suffered an irreparable loss. Yawar Abbas, Aley Hasan, George Arny, Achla Sharma and many other eminent BBC personalities have been his admirers, said Rizvi, who sent his condolences to Budhwar’s family.
