Suniel Shetty (left) has always been associated with a macho image, but the actor recently revealed that there’s another side to him that forces him to avoid driving.

“I don’t drive cars and it’s not because I don’t know how to drive. I prefer a chauffeur driving my car, as I think a lot. And thinking and driving don’t go hand in hand,” the 53-year-old said at a press conference where he was unveiled as the brand ambassador of Mumbai Traffic Police’s new initiative.

About becoming a brand ambassador of a traffic movement, he said, “I’ve always followed all the traffic rules. We’re trying to spread the word about traffic and roads and hoping that people take it to the whole country.”

Shetty also attended an event recently to support a style of martial arts that includes dance steps. “If I have achieved anything in life, it is because of martial arts. And the way this particular form balances rhythm with mental and physical strength is brilliant,” he said.
