En­rique faces two charges

Latin Amer­i­can singer En­rique Igle­sias (above) is fac­ing two mis­de­meanour charges of ob­struc­tion and driv­ing with a sus­pended li­cense af­ter a traf­fic ar­rest that oc­curred in May this year. Ac­cord­ing to a Florida High­way Pa­trol ar­rest af­fi­davit, the 40-year-old Hero hit­maker, who was driv­ing the car, switched seats when he was stopped by a pa­trolling ve­hi­cle in Mi­ami, re­ported E! Online. The af­fi­davit says, Igle­sias “jumped from in­side the driver’s seat onto the rear pas­sen­ger’s seat,” while his male pas­sen­ger “jumped from the front pas­sen­ger’s seat onto the driver’s seat”. Although Igle­sias “climbed into the right front pas­sen­ger’s seat”, as per the af­fi­davit, both men were placed in hand­cuffs pend­ing the of­fi­cer’s in­ves­ti­ga­tion. Igle­sias was charged of ob­struc­tion with­out vi­o­lence and driv­ing with a sus­pended li­cense.
