Actor Nargis Fakhri (left) feels content with the way her career has shaped up over time. “I can see my growth as an actor ... I am extremely proud to see where I am now compared to where I have come from,” says Nargis, who recently made her Hollywood debut with SPY. “I feel there is so much more room for growth. I love the idea that we all can improve ourselves until our last breath. I can’t wait to explore what more is around the corner,” adds the 35-year-old. Nargis, who made her Bollywood debut with filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s film Rockstar (2011), alongside actor Ranbir Kapoor, received much flak for her debut performance but that didn’t bog her down. She feels that right things happen at the right time. “I love the way my career has grown organically. I’m a big believer in timing. Things have a funny way of working out,” says Nargis, who has reportedly been roped in to play actor Sangeeta Bijlani, former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin’s estranged wife, in filmmaker Tony D’Souza’s biopic on the cricketer.
