IN­GRE­DI­ENTS:

200gm cho­co­late chips 5 straw­ber­ries 150ml cream 1 star anise 2 tbsp honey A few mint sprigs

METHOD:

Boil the heavy cream in a saucepan with star anise and honey. Re­move the pan from the heat and add cho­co­late chips and leave aside. Cut straw­berry into chunks and add it in the cho­co­late sauce. To this, add chopped mint. Serve cold.
