‘Co-par­ent­ing is re­ally hard’

(above) says that co­par­ent­ing with her for­mer hus­band Chris Martin has been hard. The 42-year-old ac­tor said the pair has gone through “dif­fi­cult times”, but that their chil­dren Ap­ple, 11, and Moses, 8, are the main pri­or­ity, re­ports fe­male­first. co.uk. “It’s been hard and we’ve gone through tough times, but we’ve al­ways said these kids are our pri­or­ity. Un­for­tu­nately, although we couldn’t stay in a ro­man­tic re­la­tion­ship, our val­ues are very much around the im­por­tance of fam­ily and the im­por­tance of those bonds, and I’m lucky that we’re aligned in that way,” says Pal­trow, who’s cur­rently dat­ing Glee co-cre­ator Brad Falchuk. Pal­trow also praised Martin: “I’m very, very lucky that I have a part­ner who’s will­ing to do it with me in a col­lab­o­ra­tive way. I’m re­ally for Chris and he’s re­ally for me, and our chil­dren are our pri­or­ity.” What that re­ally means is: Even if you hate me and never want to see me again, we are go­ing to brunch. It’s def­i­nitely im­per­fect, (but we) are re­ally great friends (and) he’s a great dad.” The for­mer cou­ple had parted ways in March 2014, af­ter 10 years of mar­riage.
