Health comes first, says Ashish

Actor Ashish Chowdhry (above) had to recently stop his act on an ongoing celebrity dance reality show, as his choreographer Vrushali Chavan got injured. Chowdhry, who has been appointed a new choreographer, is happy that Vrushali has taken time off to rest. “I believe that health comes first. For Vrushali, dance is her career and her passion. I wish her a speedy recovery and hope that she’s up on her feet soon enough,” he says.

However, Chowdhry, who joined the show, as his son wanted to see him dance, is disappointed that he could not complete his act. “My only regret would be that I had to stop my performance mid-way. This performance would have been another memory to cherish for my son, but unfortunately that won’t happen now. I have always faced challenges in life and it’s not about how hard you fall down, but it’s about how quickly you get up, dust yourself and continue your journey,” he says.
