Actor Radhika Apte (left), who loves exploring new places, went trekking in the Himalayas recently, and has come back thoroughly satisfied with her trip. “Radhika loves travelling and she makes sure to choose a new place every year. While she is busy with her upcoming filfilms, she planned this trekking trip in the Himalayas as soon as she got some time off,” says a source close to the actor. Radhika, who is now back home in Mumbai, says that she loved the experience and plans to make similar trips regularly. “When you visit the Himalayas, it just reminds you of how tiny you are. I love trekking and hope to make at least one trip every year,” says Radhika. Meanwhile, the actor has done filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh’s short film, Ahalya, and will be seen in Ketan Mehta’s upcoming directorial that also features actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
