While many actors maintain that they would not want their personal life intruded through reality shows, actor Naman Shaw (above) says he simply loves them.

“I love reality shows. I too was part of a reality show and that has helped me and so many other actors. It gives a start to the audience. Plus, the audience gets to see the real side of characters in a reality show,” says Naman, who got noticed after being part of Zee Cine Star Ki Khoj in 2004. “The concept of a reality show is so famous and entertainting that I think it will always be popular,” he adds.

The 32-year-old believes that it is the changing sensibility of the audience that’s giving rise to new formats on the small screen. “With time, the structure of television is changing because our sensibilities have changed, as has the audience. Everyone has become smarter, they want to watch what they like and if the masses don’t go in favour of a show, the channel ends the show,” adds Naman.
