MAD­HURI DIXIT

While she al­ready has an online dance academy, ac­tor Mad­huri Dixit has also re­cently launched her own line of cloth­ing. The de­signs are inspired by her ex­pe­ri­ences and learn­ing on the sets of her films. She has started this ven­ture along with her hus­band Sri­ram Nene. “The goal is to make you look good and feel good while danc­ing/work­ing out,” she said.

DINO MOREA

While he is busy read­ing scripts for his per­fect come­back, ac­tor Dino Morea also launched an app that en­ables peo­ple to or­der prasad and watch live footage of aar­tis at mul­ti­ple tem­ples in In­dia. “I thought of this as I saw that there were many peo­ple who were un­able to visit the tem­ples of their choice and I wanted to do some­thing for them,” he told us.

TAAPSEE PANNU

Ac­tor Taapsee Pannu has started her own wed­ding plan­ning com­pany along with her sis­ter and best friend. The ac­tor has been trav­el­ling a lot for this. “It’s been some­thing I have been want­ing to do since long but never got time to plan. We al­ready have a few events in hand and I am look­ing for­ward to a fun-filled jour­ney in this new en­deav­our,” the ac­tor said ear­lier.

SHRAD­DHA KAPOOR

Ac­tor Shrad­dha Kapoor also started her own fash­ion line some time back, for the in­de­pen­dent and mod­ern woman. The theme of her first line was fan­tasy. “My col­lec­tion is a mod­ern In­dian adap­ta­tion of clas­sics that ex­per­i­ments with eth­nic de­signs and of­fers a re­fresh­ing take on fash­ion for the young and the stylish,” Shrad­dha was quoted as say­ing ear­lier.

SHILPA SHETTY

Ac­tor Shilpa Shetty has re­cently started a busi­ness ven­ture with her hus­band-busi­ness­man Raj Kun­dra, ac­tors Ak­shay Ku­mar and Son­akshi Sinha. They have started a celebrity-based te­leshop­ping chan­nel, where celebri­ties will come on board to co-own and cre­ate their own brands.
