Harrison Ford flying again, wife supports his decision
Star Wars actor Harrison Ford (above) has started flying again following his serious crash earlier in the year, where he suffered injuries including a large laceration to his head as well as broken bones. Five months on from his plane accident when he crashlanded on a golf course in Los Angeles, US, due to engine failure related to a loose part — the 72-yearold actor’s wife Calista Flockhart (inset) has revealed that her husband still loves his aviation hobby. The TV actor said that she supports his decision to get back to what he loves most, reported People magazine. “He loves it, so I love it, and I support him 100%,” said Flockhart. However, it was a “scary time” for Flockhart and Ford’s son Liam Flockhart, and also Ford’s children from his previous marriage. “It was a really hard, scary time for our family. I think it just makes you realise, once again, that life can turn on a dime. We just have to appreciate every second we’re here,” said Flockhart.
