1/4 cup sprigs of pu­d­ina/mint 2 crushed car­damom 1/4 cup chopped le­mon grass 1 cup milk 2 tbsp tea leaves 2 tbsp sugar


Boil the mint leaves in a cup of wa­ter. Let it sim­mer and then mix in the le­mon grass and car­damom. Cook this on a medium flame for 2 to 3 min­utes. Now, add the milk and boil the con­coc­tion on medium flame for 2 min­utes. Fi­nally, add the tea leaves and sugar, mix well and boil on a medium flame for 1 to 2 min­utes. Keep stir­ring the mix oc­ca­sion­ally. Serve steam­ing hot along with co­conut cook­ies.
