1/4 cup sprigs of pudina/mint 2 crushed cardamom 1/4 cup chopped lemon grass 1 cup milk 2 tbsp tea leaves 2 tbsp sugar
Boil the mint leaves in a cup of water. Let it simmer and then mix in the lemon grass and cardamom. Cook this on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Now, add the milk and boil the concoction on medium flame for 2 minutes. Finally, add the tea leaves and sugar, mix well and boil on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep stirring the mix occasionally. Serve steaming hot along with coconut cookies.
