1 1/2 slab of dark chocolate 4 cups of milk 2 cups of water 1 cinnamon stick 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup corn flour
Mix milk in a pan along with sugar, cinnamon and chocolate until it dissolves. Heat this mix until simmering. In a separate cup mix corn flour with 2 cups of water and stir until the lumps have dissolved. You can also strain the corn flour mix to get a clear liquid, if the lumps do not dissolve completely. Now, add this to the pot kept on low flame and keep stirring the mixture for about 8-10 more minutes until the chocolate has a gravy consistency. This is a slightly thick drink, so you may dilute it according to your preference. Pour it out in cups and set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with crisp crackers.
