IN­GRE­DI­ENTS:

1 1/2 slab of dark cho­co­late 4 cups of milk 2 cups of wa­ter 1 cin­na­mon stick 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup corn flour

METHOD:

Mix milk in a pan along with sugar, cin­na­mon and cho­co­late un­til it dis­solves. Heat this mix un­til sim­mer­ing. In a sep­a­rate cup mix corn flour with 2 cups of wa­ter and stir un­til the lumps have dis­solved. You can also strain the corn flour mix to get a clear liq­uid, if the lumps do not dis­solve com­pletely. Now, add this to the pot kept on low flame and keep stir­ring the mix­ture for about 8-10 more min­utes un­til the cho­co­late has a gravy con­sis­tency. This is a slightly thick drink, so you may di­lute it ac­cord­ing to your pref­er­ence. Pour it out in cups and set aside to cool for 5 min­utes. Serve with crisp crack­ers.
