TRI COLOUR DOSA
Ingredients: 3 cups dosa batter, 1/2 cup chopped carrot, 1/2 cup spinach.
Method: Divide the batter into three portions. Grind chopped carrot and add the paste to one portion of the batter. Next, grind spinach into a paste and add it to the second portion. Add salt to taste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and pour half cup carrot batter in it. Add half cup plain dosa batter and the spinach batter to it. Spread the batter using a ladle. Cook the dosa and add a little oil to make it crisp. Serve with chutney and sambhar.
