In­gre­di­ents: 3 cups dosa bat­ter, 1/2 cup chopped car­rot, 1/2 cup spinach.

Method: Di­vide the bat­ter into three por­tions. Grind chopped car­rot and add the paste to one por­tion of the bat­ter. Next, grind spinach into a paste and add it to the sec­ond por­tion. Add salt to taste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and pour half cup car­rot bat­ter in it. Add half cup plain dosa bat­ter and the spinach bat­ter to it. Spread the bat­ter us­ing a la­dle. Cook the dosa and add a lit­tle oil to make it crisp. Serve with chut­ney and samb­har.
