SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT
The Teen Choice Awards 2015 were anything but regular. Hosted by rapper Ludacris, and actors Gina Rodriguez, and Josh Peck in Los Angeles, the two-hour event began with an introduction by actorrapper Ice Cube, who welcomed the audience on Sunday evening.
While winners went home riding on their surfboards, it was the performances that kept people raving on social media. Actor Nina Dobrev gave an emotional farewell to Vampire Diaries. The 26-year-old actor came on stage with a set of fangs, which she later threw while giving her speech. “That’s right, I don’t need these anymore,” she joked, adding, “As this chapter in my life comes to an end, I look back with a grateful heart and I smile.” Other notable performances at the event included acts by Little Mix, Robin Thicke, Flo Rida and 5 Seconds of Summer.
