Taneja’s ef­forts didn’t quite work out. In a re­cent shoot se­quence, Taneja’s char­ac­ter was meant to be drunk, for which the ac­tor had planned to drink be­fore. How­ever, his plans were ru­ined when the 21-year-old was told that the le­gal drink­ing age was 25.

“I was ner­vous be­cause my char­ac­ter is sup­posed to be drunk — I haven’t done any­thing like that be­fore. So, to bring re­al­ism to the scene, I ini­tially planned to gulp down a few drinks be­fore the cam­era started rolling,” he says.
