Lupita Nyong’o dying to be in a comedy film
Mexican-Kenyan actor Lupita Nyong’o (right), who has done serious roles in films such as 12 Years a Slave (2013) and Non-Stop (2014), says that she wants her next project to be a fun movie.
“I’m really dying to be in a comedy. I’d love to be in a love story! How about some of that?” said Nyong’o, who was at the fan expo in California to promote her upcoming films Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens (2015), The Jungle Book (2016) and The Queen of Katwe (2016).
“Star Wars is another world altogether. To be able to have that experience and be able to play a part in that continuation of Han Solo, Luke and Leia’s journey is really a blessing. And then Jungle Book is another world altogether as well,” said the 32-year-old.
