Having her brother actor Shahid Kapoor and father actor Pankaj Kapur in her film was not easy for debutante

Sanah Kapur (right). The actor, Kapur's daughter from his second wife, actor Supriya Pathak, says that she was terrified to know that she was going to share screen space with her father. “While I loved shooting for the film, I think the scariest part was when I found out that dad was also going to be part of the movie,” she says.

Although her family has been in the movie business for a long time, Sanah was very clear that she wanted to make it on her own in Bollywood. She says that she cannot forget the moment when she broke the news of her debut film, being directed by Vikas Bahl, to her family. “One of the best moments for me after becoming a part of the project was coming home and telling mom, dad and Shahid bhaiya about getting selected. They didn't even know I had auditioned ... the surprise and pride on their faces was priceless,” she says with a smile.

Sanah says that becoming an actor has always been important for her and she has been working on this dream for a while now. “I am extremely grateful for the break I have got. I knew that I wanted to become an actor since childhood and trained myself to become one,” she says.
