His upcoming film is not that only thing that is keeping actor Ajit Sodhi (left) busy these days. The actor, who is the son of veteran actor Nafisa Ali, is also a big football fan, and is planning a trip to UK to watch his favourite football team play a match.

“Ajit is often spotted playing football with his friends including, actors Ranbir Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Raj Kundra and Dino Morea over weekends. He missed the Australia tour of his favourite team Liverpool FC and is planning a trip to the UK to watch them play in the current season of the English Premier League,” says a source close to the actor.

Confirming the news, Ajit says that watching these matches reminds him of his childhood. “I’ve been a huge fan of football since my childhood, and have always tried to watch every match played by Liverpool. When I was in the University of Melbourne, the games used to be on till really late, but my friends and I would still watch them. Liverpool FC came to Melbourne for pre-season friendlies after I had graduated. I can’t believe I missed out on their tour by a few months,” he says.
