Some people may be faced with a different situation. Their partners may deliberately be phubbing them, as they genuinely might not be interested in having a conversation. The ‘phubbers’ may also be trying to prove a point. The obvious solution here is to confront one’s partner about his or her behaviour. Relationship expert Kinjal Pandya says, “When talking to your partner, clearly state why you have a problem with them phubbing you. The issue needs to be spoken about, if you want to carry on the relationship further.”
