Chaz Singh Fliy, UK based filmmaker and photographer looks every bit chic in his dastaar creatively paired with a button-down shirt, bow-tie, waist coat and a denim jacket. His photographs were shown at a critically acclaimed exhibition in London titled The Singh Project that featured turbaned Sikh men from across professions and age groups. Apart from paying an awe-inspiring tribute to the headgear that symbolises virtues such as honour, courage and holiness for Sikhs, the exhibition also showcased how turbaned Sikhs have plenty of fashion inspiration for men who want to own their style.

I wear an adapted dhamala style turban. The Dhamala turban is worn by the Sikh Nihangs who represent Sikh warriors. This turban style reflects everything I stand for. I would like to see the fashion world continue encouraging cultural fashion and making it more cosmopolitan
