Frangi­pani flower is as sweet as honey and adds a cer­tain smooth­ness to your drink. This mar­tini is made by in­fus­ing 7-8 frangi­pani flow­ers with 60ml gin. Mix it for a while and store it in an air­tight con­tainer for a cou­ple of hours for the flavour of the flower to in­fuse. Take it out and mix it with 15ml vermouth and your drink is ready.
