Hi­bis­cus has a zesty le­mony flavour and a strong aroma. This drink is made by mixol­o­gist Jatin Khat­tar from Un­plugged Court­yard by mix­ing 2gm thyme, 2 cher­ries, 2 lemon slices and 1 hi­bis­cus flower. Mix this con­coc­tion with 60ml bour­bon whiskey, 10ml hi­bis­cus tea and 5ml lemon juice.
