Actor Surveen Chawla (below) has learned something new and she is thrilled about it. The actor is now a professional horse rider, thanks to her upcoming show.

Chawla, who has been part of Bollywood films such as Ugly (2013), Hate Story 2 (2014) and Creature 3D (2014), is ecstatic that she got a chance to learn something new. “It was tough riding a horse. Initially it took me a little time to get comfortable with the horse, but later I learnt how to control him. It was an interesting experience,” says Chawla.

The actor recently also expressed a desire to act in Punjabi films but said that she isn’t neccessarily looking for female-oriented roles only. “I would like to do strong Punjabi films but that does not mean it has to be women-centric. I really don’t understand the concept of women-oriented or maleoriented movies. Films are about the stories they tell,” she says.
