Gigot sleeves

Gigot sleeves entered the fashion world in the 1830s. Also known as leg-of-mutton sleeves, these are puffed or fluffy from the shoulder and narrow down towards the lower arm. The style when teamed with a V-neckline gives an illusion of a narrow waist as the attention is drawn towards the balloon shaped sleeves.

STYLE IT RIGHT

Do not go for gigantic gigot sleeves, as they look costumey. Avoid crowding your look with too many accessories.
