Cel­e­brat­ing 10 years of Devil Wears Prada

Amer­i­can Os­car-win­ning ac­tor Anne Hath­away (left) cel­e­brated the 10th an­niver­sary of the film The Devil Wears Prada on so­cial me­dia. She posted a trib­ute to the movie that changed her life. The 2006 com­edy drama took over USD 300 mil­lion at the world­wide box of­fice upon its re­lease and raised Hath­away's pro­file sig­nif­i­cantly, help­ing her tran­si­tion into more adult roles.

Post­ing a gif of Meryl Streep as fash­ion ed­i­tor, Mi­randa Pri­estly giv­ing one of her trade­mark “That's all" af­ter sign­ing offs, Hath­away wrote, “What else can I say about the movie that changed my life? Thank you, and happy 10 year an­niver­sary!! (don't let this make you feel old- good style is eter­nal).” In the film, Hath­away starred as Andy Sachs, an as­pir­ing jour­nal­ist, with lit­tle in­ter­est in fash­ion, who lands a job as the ju­nior per­sonal as­sis­tant to Mi­randa Pri­estly, the ed­i­tor of the world's big­gest fash­ion mag­a­zine Run­way.
