Actor Manoj Bajpayee (right) plays the role of a Judo teacher in his next film. The role required him to teach skipping to his students. Since the actor was not good at it, he decided to perfect it by practising skipping many times a day.

“I am very particular about my fitness regime and I follow it religiously. I run a lot which really helps increasing stamina but skipping is something I have not attempted before. I had to practice on the sets but fortunately the scenes got okayed in minimum takes,” says Bajpayee.

The actor who has been part of films such as Satya(1998), Rajneeti(2010) , Special 26 (2013) and Tevar(2015) , benefitted from the skipping rehearsals.

“The end result gave good shots and also personally helped him build a good stamina,” says a source.
