LYCHEE, MUSKMELON AND AL­MOND SHAKE

In­gre­di­ents

100gm ly­chees, 130gm muskmelon, 15ml honey, 60gm ice cubes, 100gm al­monds, 100ml wa­ter

Method

Soak the al­monds in wa­ter for 12 hours. Rinse the al­monds and place them in a mixer along with 100ml wa­ter

Strain the mix­ture, and store the al­mond milk in the re­frig­er­a­tor

In a clean blen­der, add the ly­chees, muskmelon, al­mond milk and ice cubes. Blend the mix to­gether till the con­sis­tency is thick

Pour the milk­shake into a glass and serve cold.
