LYCHEE, MUSKMELON AND ALMOND SHAKE
100gm lychees, 130gm muskmelon, 15ml honey, 60gm ice cubes, 100gm almonds, 100ml water
Soak the almonds in water for 12 hours. Rinse the almonds and place them in a mixer along with 100ml water
Strain the mixture, and store the almond milk in the refrigerator
In a clean blender, add the lychees, muskmelon, almond milk and ice cubes. Blend the mix together till the consistency is thick
Pour the milkshake into a glass and serve cold.
