CHARRED CORN AND GOAT CHEESE DIP

Corns are def­i­nitely one of the best things that mon­soon of­fers. Im­press your guests with this corn and cheese dip, to ac­com­pany a plate of pako­ras. Roast 8 cobs of fresh corn over open flame. Now, shave corn off with a knife and chop it coarsely. In a bowl, add 2tbsp goat cheese, 2 green onions (chopped), 2 green chill­ies (chopped), and half roasted red pep­per (chopped). Add 2tbsp of sour cream.
