WASABI, MAYO AND GAR­LIC DIP

Take 30gm wasabi pow­der and di­lute it with wa­ter. Add 100gm may­on­naise and 20gm dou­ble cream. Add 2tbsp fresh or­ange juice for some tart­ness and sea­son with some salt and black pep­per. Slice 4 gar­lic cloves and saute with 1tbsp olive oil. Now mince the gar­lic and add to the mix. And, the dip is ready to serve.
