Swara Bhaskar wants to do a biopic

Ac­tor Swara Bhaskar (left) says that she would want to do a biopic on a his­tor­i­cal char­ac­ter and feels that for­mer Prime Min­is­ter of the coun­try Indira Gandhi will be an amaz­ing per­son to do a biopic on.

She says, “I would def­i­nitely want to do a biopic on a his­tor­i­cal char­ac­ter. I feel that in the his­tory of In­dia, Indira Gandhi is quite an in­ter­est­ing char­ac­ter and now the sit­u­a­tion is apt to do this biopic. I think Indira Gandhi is an amaz­ing char­ac­ter from the point of view of an ac­tor and a film.” “I am a typ­i­cal ac­tor and typ­i­cal ac­tors are greedy, so if I get a good role in any good, cred­i­ble film then I will def­i­nitely do it," Swara said.

About her other projects, Swara said, "My next film will hope­fully re­lease by the end of the year and I am go­ing to start the shoot­ing for my next film with Ka­reena (Kapoor Khan), Sonam and Shikha Tal­sa­nia which has been pro­duced by Ekta Kapoor ji and Rhea Kapoor ji. “Swara is dat­ing her Tanu Weds Manu Re­turns writer Hi­man­shu Sharma. Re­gard­ing her own wed­ding plans, she said, "No, there is no plan of a wed­ding in real life. I have a lot of work, I have to prep for my film, and shoot for a web se­ries, so I don't have the time to get mar­ried."
