Actor Ira Dubey (right), may not have done too many films in Bollywood, but says she wants to explore an opportunity to work in Hollywood.

“I really want to go to Hollywood. I am waiting for the right projects and I am in talks with few people,” says Ira. She feels that getting the right agent in Hollywood is the key. “I am very committed and I am determined I will get a right agent. I think in terms of my sensibilities and talent I can get lot of opportunities in the west,” she adds.

However, the actor says that she does not believe that aping the west will help Bollywood. “I think we have to stop imitating the west, we have to stop stealing ideas from West and become more original. There is something wrong with our writing and we need to focus on it. We have a lot of talent in this country and we have to focus on our writing,” Ira adds.
