The sauce got its name from its place of ori­gin, Si Racha, Thai­land. This chilli sauce is a paste of chilli pep­pers, dis­tilled vine­gar, gar­lic, sugar and salt. It’s served with seafood, noo­dles, spring rolls, eggs and burg­ers.
