SAY IT RIGHT: GNOCCHI (NEE-YOH- KHEE)

Hindustan Times (Patna) - Live - - Lifestyle -

The word Gnocchi is thought to derived from the Italian word ‘nocca’ which means ‘knuckles.’ It is usually prepared by mixing flour, eggs, and potatoes, in small dumpling form. Packaged gnocchi can be bought in the form of pasta.
