The last day of the fashion week saw an ostentatious display of bridalwear with couturiers Manav Gangwani and Rohit Bal presenting Mughal and Czar inspired collection, respectively. Gangwani outdid himself with his Begum-eJannat bridal creation featuring majestic lehengas with intricate embroidery and mirrorwork. Bal transcended us to the Czar regime of Russia with his Kehkashaan collection. Models strutted in elaborate robes with zardozi and Kashmiri kani work. While traditional maroons continued to be a bridal fav, wedding ensembles in black made a daring statement.
