Paneer Pizza Wrap
1. Make a chapatti. 2. Evenly spread pizza sauce on it and sprinkle some oregano seasoning. 3. Top it with a salad leaf, finely chopped veggies like onion, tomato, paneer and shredded cheese. 4. Wrap up the roti like a burrito, folding one side first, then roll it up from bottom. 5. Sauté the roll on a hot pan for a minute, changing sides to form a slightly crispy layer outside. Serve it with ketchup or mint chutney.
