American Singer West (left) is happy that his wife, model Kim Kardashian (inset) released the Snapchat video of him talking to singer Taylor Swift (below) about the Famous lyrics, saying now that everyone knows the truth. Swift had slammed West for using her name in the lyrics but West had claimed that she had given her permission to use her name. The 39-year-old rapper, who made a surprise appearance during Drake’s concert at the United Center in Chicago, performed Famous at the gig, reported E! online.

“All I gotta say is, I am so glad my wife has Snapchat, because everyone knows the truth,” West told the crowd. Kardashian shared 10 snapchat videos, which were filmed in January, showing West talking to Swift in the recording studio, giving her a heads-up that she would be name-dropped. After Famous was released in February, Swift’s agent said that the pop singer was humiliated and did not approve of all the lyrics. West and Kardashian claimed that Swift was playing the victim. Swift issued a statement via Instagram. “Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me ‘that bitch’ in his song? It doesn’t exist because it never happened. You don’t get to control someone’s emotional response to being called ‘that bitch’ in front of the world,” she wrote.
