Mir­ror glazed desserts were the ic­ing on the cake. This stun­ning creation was in­vented by Nor­we­gian pas­try chef Olga Noskova. The glaze on the cake is shiny, smooth and has a re­flec­tive ic­ing. It is made from gela­tine, wa­ter and sugar. How­ever, Olga’s recipe for the glaze re­mains a se­cret.
